These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and KSBM Infotech, which operates Bhagya Guru — the Bhagya Guru app, the Bhagya Guru Astrologer app and bhagyaguru.in (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Pricing Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Important safety notice

The Platform is not designed for emergencies. If you or anyone else is in danger, or you are having thoughts of self-harm, stop using the Platform and call 112 or the Tele-MANAS helpline 14416. Astrology guidance never replaces a doctor, lawyer, counsellor or financial adviser — do not delay professional help because of anything said on the Platform.

2. The service

Bhagya Guru connects you with independent astrologers and other spiritual-guidance providers ("Astrologers") for chat, phone-call and video consultations, and offers astrology content and tools such as daily horoscope, panchang, kundli matching and instant reports. Some features are free; paid services are charged from your prepaid Bhagya Guru wallet.

3. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You may ask questions about a minor in your own family.
  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone and OTPs private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at hello@bhagyaguru.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One person, one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold or transferred. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may refuse service where the law does not allow it, or where an account is duplicated, fraudulent or misused.

4. Consultations

  • Astrologers are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Bhagya Guru. We verify their identity and onboarding details, but their predictions, advice and suggested remedies are their own.
  • Astrologers may use a professional or display name. Their real identity is verified by us and disclosed only when the law requires it.
  • For phone consultations we call your registered number through our telephony partner (even if it is on DND) and connect you without sharing numbers. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution.
  • Share honest and complete information so the Astrologer can guide you properly. Do not share bank details, passwords or OTPs in a consultation, and do not move a consultation off the Platform — contact details shared in chat are hidden automatically.
  • We, and our quality team, may review consultation records to maintain quality, investigate complaints and prevent abuse.

5. Wallet, payments and pricing

  • Paid services are charged from your wallet, which you recharge through our payment gateway. GST is added at recharge as shown before you pay. The wallet is credited only after the gateway confirms the payment.
  • Wallet balance can be used only for services on the Platform. It is not a bank account, carries no interest and cannot be transferred to another user. Promotional cashback or bonus credit has no cash value and may carry its own conditions.
  • Rates and how billing works are explained in our Pricing Policy. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Use only payment methods that you own or are authorised to use.

6. Your obligations

You will not:

  • post or send anything unlawful, false, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit or defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • threaten, insult or discriminate against Astrologers, other users or our staff;
  • ask for or promote black magic, harmful rituals, weapons, drugs or any illegal activity;
  • post content that endangers or exploits children — such accounts are deleted and reported to the authorities;
  • spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, or upload malicious code;
  • resell or commercially use the services, or post fake or paid reviews;
  • file knowingly false complaints or refund claims.

Report abuse by an Astrologer or user from the order's Help option or to hello@bhagyaguru.in, ideally within 48 hours.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Platform's software, design, text, reports and logos belong to KSBM Infotech or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial use. By posting a review or feedback you allow us to display it on the Platform.

8. Suspension and termination

We may warn, suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these Terms are breached, the information given cannot be verified, or an action could create legal risk or harm others. Repeated or serious violations lead to a permanent ban. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. What happens to your wallet balance on closure is explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • Services are provided "as is". Astrology is a matter of belief and interpretation; we do not guarantee any prediction, result or outcome. See our Disclaimer.
  • Reports and tools generated automatically are for general guidance only.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take based on a consultation or report.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned.
  • We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as network or telecom outages, natural disasters or government action.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate KSBM Infotech for losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of someone else's rights.

11. Communications

By registering you agree to receive OTPs, transactional messages, calls connected for your consultations, and service updates by SMS, notification, email or WhatsApp. You can switch off promotional messages at any time.

12. Third-party links and services

The Platform uses third-party services (payments, telephony, video) and may link to other websites. Their terms and policies apply to their services.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue any feature. Changes are posted on this page with a new date; continued use means you accept them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact us at hello@bhagyaguru.in so we can try to resolve the matter. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, and the courts having jurisdiction over KSBM Infotech's registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found invalid, the rest of these Terms remains in force.
