Delete your Bhagya Guru account

You can delete your Bhagya Guru account at any time.

In the app

  1. User app: Menu → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
  2. Astrologer app: Menu → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your profile is hidden at once; we close the account after your last payout.

Without the app

Email hello@bhagyaguru.in from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. We verify the number with an OTP and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted immediately: your name, mobile number, email, photo, birth details, saved profiles, notification tokens.
  • Kept as required by law (up to 8 years): wallet and payment transactions, invoices and consultation records needed for tax and disputes. These are not used for anything else.
  • Unused paid wallet balance (not cashback or bonus) can be refunded to your original payment method if you ask within 30 days of deleting — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
