Pricing Policy

This policy explains how prices work on Bhagya Guru. Every price is shown to you before you start or pay.

1. Chat and call consultations

• Each astrologer has a per-minute rate for chat and for calls, shown on their profile and again before you start. Rates are set by the astrologer within the range Bhagya Guru allows, and may change from time to time; the rate shown when you start applies to the whole consultation.
• To start, your wallet must cover at least 5 minutes at that rate. The maximum length of the consultation is the time your wallet balance can pay for; you can recharge during a consultation to continue.
• Billing is per minute: a started minute counts as a full minute. Calls are billed on the connected talk time only.
• Flash offers and discounts, when available, are shown on the astrologer's card and applied automatically.

2. Video consultations

Video appointments are booked as 15- or 30-minute slots at a fixed price shown when you book. The full price is paid from your wallet at booking; cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Reports

Each report type has a fixed price shown on the report page; it is paid from your wallet when the report is generated.

4. Wallet recharge and GST

• You can recharge from ₹10 up to ₹50,000 in one transaction. GST (currently 18%) is added to the recharge amount and shown before you pay; consultations and reports are then charged from the recharged amount.
• Coupons and cashback offers, when available, are applied at recharge as shown on the payment screen. Cashback is promotional credit with no cash value.

5. Pricing errors

Despite our care, a price may occasionally be displayed incorrectly. If so, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged to your wallet.
